About
Playwright Del Shores, a Texas native, premiered his Southern Gothic family drama in West Hollywood. Uptown Players gives it its southwest debut. The play follows a year in the life of a seeming perfect Vicksburg, Mississippi family, the Westmorelands. Below the surface, of course, the family is fraught with issues of religion, sexuality, and just plain old growing up.
