Wine and Cheese Pairing Class

Just like us in college, Mozzarella Co. likes to preface each class by downing a few drinks. After a brief cocktail party to get everyone acquainted, students get a behind-the-scenes tour of MozzCo's facilities, followed by a pairing session of six to eight award-winning cheeses and at least five wines. Discussion is led by either MozzCo founder Paula Lambert or John Bratcher of Rockridge Wine Brokers.
