Paul Quin College Farm's resident green thumb, Andrea Bithell, is sharing her wealth of knowledge with you lucky folks. This summer, Bithell teaches five classes that include three parts each: practical application, class lecture, and culinary and nutrition instruction. It's only $45 per lesson, and you get to learn what it takes to run an entire farm from the ground up. Plus, Bithell is a patient instructor, so feel free to ask her all your dumb questions.
