Chef Matt McCallister will team up with Chef Brandon Baltzley of the recently-opened TMIP Restaurant at Exterior Farm in Michigan City, Indiana for the next FT33 Guest Chef dinner. Cooking from the land on which he works and lives, Chef Baltzley will bring this back-to-basics aproach to Dallas serving a minimalist menu alonside Chef McCallister. Course will feature no more than three components and with no modern cooking or electricity involved. Bring your lighters for this eight-course candlelight dinner done completely over a live fire.
