Many soon-to-be-classic songs feature the lyric “poppin’ bottles,” usually followed by the words “in the club.”  This Cystic Fibrosis Foundation fundraiser does not take place in a club. Your chance of getting seriously slizzard depends solely on your personal ratio of alcoholic grape juice samples to hors d’oeuvres. But honestly, we much prefer sipping sophisticated wines against the stunning backdrop of the Dallas skyline to “accidentally” getting groped in an anonymous den of iniquity. Throw in the chance to help out a good cause, live music from the Ray Johnston Band, your standard array of decadent auction items, and a dessert station, and you’ve got yourself an evening.
