We frequently think with our stomach. Luckily, unlike a certain Wookie, it’s only led to the occasional uncomfortable food coma rather than being tangled up in an Ewok’s net. This month, our tummy takes us to Fair Park. Check out food booths and culinary demonstrations from John Franke of Whiskey Cake in Plano and the Ranch at Las Colinas, Richard Chamberlain, Lisa Garza, and Jason Boso of Twisted Root Burger Company and Cowboy Chow, Chase Cheatham from TJ’s Seafood Market, and many, many more. No dish is over $3, which means you can stuff your face without emptying your wallet. There will also be a kids tasting section and  live music from bands like The Inner City All Stars, Petty Theft, King Bucks, and the Will Callers. As an added bonus, it’s all happening indoors so you don’t have to sweat.
