This class is a great way to cultivate your education in the finer things, particularly if you’re among those of us who consider switching to the more expensive boxed wine a major step toward sophistication. Each month, Bijoux sommelier and owner Gina Gottlich will feature a different wine varietal paired with canapés courtesy of her husband and business partner, Chef Scott Gottlich. Those who attend the inaugural class will taste Syrahs from California, France, and Australia.
