BrewDog Tactical Nuclear Penguin is a very rare, very strong (32% alcohol by volume) imperial stout ale that's double-barrel aged for 14 months in Scottish whiskey casks, then matured at 21 degrees Fahrenheit for 21 days. Finally, the icy slush is skimmed off the top to leave only the highly concentrated beer behind. That is serious beermaking. And if you're serious about tasting it, get there early. Quantities are limited, so they'll serve all week until it's gone.
