Here’s how this shindig works: After you register, you’ll be assigned an animal and a country and you'll bring a wine and cheese within those parameters. For example, if you’re assigned “goat” and “Italy,” you could bring goat cheese and Chianti. Guests will mix and mingle with other wine enthusiasts and sample their pairings. Sound like fun to you, too?
