British artist Richard Patterson, who's been based in Dallas for awhile now, has made a film of "scant originality and little authenticity." Actually, there's no way we can describe it better than Patterson does himself, since the six vignettes feature "fast cars, bare breasts, inflatable furniture, the music of Allegri and Michel Legrand, death, the Jaguar Mk2 and much, much more." Perfect. A conversation with the artist and our own Peter Simek will follow, and then there's a DJ set from Wild in the Streets. That's Lisa Bush, for the unindoctrinated, a devotee of vinyl, pop, and French pop.
