Join Nancy Nichols for the SideDish Supper Club, a truly one-of-a-kind event in Dallas. This time around, we're partying at Sevy's, with Willy Warner and Robert Chandler from Steve Connolly Seafood in Boston. A six-course meal focusing on seafood will be prepared, and three of the six courses will be taste-off entries (wild versus farm-raised salmon, etc). This is a blind tasting menu encouraging a discussion of sustainable seafood and intended to dispell some of the "myths" in the seafood world today.
