By the end of most prix-fixe dinners, we're so full that we're about an inch from falling asleep by the time the dessert plates come out. This dinner represents a nice change of pace. You can order an appetizer, an entrée, and dessert, or you can pick and choose. Anyway you slice it, everything is soaked in Shiner. Here's the menu:

Dessert: Gingerbread Ice Cream & Fudge Napolean Infused with Shiner Holiday Cheer Dripping with Cinnamon Agave Nectar & Peppermint Candies, paired with Shiner Holiday Cheer Beer
