This chef-driven fundraiser benefits Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth (SAFY), a non profit that helps place the most difficult cases, such as abused children and kids leaving juvenile detention. The money from the evening is dedicated to the "extras," which include contact lenses, wheelchair lifts, and extracurricular activities. Sample bites from a variety of culinary wizards, and stick around for live and silent auctions.
