Raiser Grazer: Dames Go Local

There are more good causes in town than you can shake a fork at, but we like this one just a wee bit more, since we get to stuff ourselves silly, drink delicious local beers, and help the Les Dames d’Escoffier International’s Dallas chapter fund scholarships for local ladies seeking careers in the culinary arts. We'll toast to that. Chefs for the evening include Liz Baron, of Blue Mesa fame, La Duni's Dunia Borga, and Top Chef's Tiffany Derry, late of Private Social. Wander between the more than 30 chef stations tasting everything from steak to dessert, and don't miss the array of items and experiences up for silent auction.
