It's hard to believe that Prohibition lasted 13 years. But without it, we wouldn't have liver-killing moonshine or stories like the one that inspired the film Lawless. Join the Drafthouse for era-appropriate cocktails, '30s tunes, a screening of Lawless, and a conversation with Matt Bondurant, author of The Wettest County in the World, the book about his grandfather and grand-uncles who ran a massive moonshine operation in the Virginia mountains.
