In an era of 3-D television, Wii, and touch-screen phones, there’s still something kind of magical about hot-air balloons, even for world-weary journalists like us. This weekend-long festival will feature morning and afternoon balloon launches, evening balloon glows, fireworks, a concert on Saturday night, skydivers, food and drink, arts and crafts, and activities for the kids.
