Thursday evenings are best spent outside. That's what we think, anyway. Sammons Park in the AT&T Performing Arts Center is the latest spot for an outdoor concert, and we can't wait to sit between the Wyly and the Winspear and listen to our favorite local bands. Feel free to bring a blanket and a picnic, but vendors will be selling food and booze if you don't have time stop beforehand.
