An almost entirely local line up marks this year's incarnation of the WaterTower Theatre's annual festival of independent and emerging art, music, and theater. You'll see everything from visual art by Willie Baronet, a man who has carved an artistic career from his curious hobby of buying signs from the city's homeless, to opera and cabaret performances.
