About
The musical rips on the movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail, a popular British comedy from the humorous folks behind the Monty Python TV series. In Spamalot, we see King Arthur set off in his quest to find the Holy Grail, recruiting knights willy-nilly along the way. Their noble adventure is hampered by a flatulent Frenchman, a plague with a 50 percent chance of pestilence and famine, and of course, a host of beautiful dancing ladies.
