Here's a funky twist on mixing cocktails: every Friday night during the holidays, Executive Chef J Chastain at The Second Floor restaurant will go into his "lab" to create a quirky new cocktail for the evening. Then, almost instantly, he'll train his well-schooled bartenders at the restaurant's Molecular Bar how to make it, and voila! You get to try a brand new cocktail that was just dreamed up minutes ago. The best part? They all have holiday themes. Example: the Thanksgiving-inspired Vanilla Pumpkin Martini with cinnamon white Godiva ice cream and candied cranberries. Yum.
