About
Los Angeles-based artist Mark Bradford has been “emerging” for the past decade, solidifying himself as one of the more accomplished and multitalented creators on the scene. He works with painting and sculpture as well as media and sound installation, and his exhibit at the DMA has been specifically designed to take advantage of the Barrel Vault space. He’s probably best known for his large scale abstract paintings that he’s cobbled together from scavenged materials.
