We Texans are used to clay. It’s that stubborn, shifting stuff that made having a garden in our backyard impossible and newly paved roads bumpy as soon as all the water got sucked out of the ground. But this exhibit showcases Texas artists who use the messy stuff to create wonderful 3-D forms, which we find much less irritating.
