King Creole Crawfish Festival

The first-ever crawfish party at Chicken Scratch will be hosted by chef Tim Byres and Jim Gossen, President and CEO of Louisiana Foods. There is nothing like all-you-can-eat Creole tastings and live entertainment to make for one fun Sunday evening. Die-hard Creole fans can get a custom-made, Creole-themed tattoo by John Arseneau of Elm St. Tattoo. Also, the Zydeco Stingrays will be performing on The Foundry’s outdoor stage throughout the day.
