It’s been a few years since we’ve heard any new tunes from British rockers Keane. During this time, the band has been working diligently on their new album, Strangeland, and lead singer Tom Chaplin found time to cut off his signature curly locks. Fans will be happy to hear a refreshing boost of optimism in songs such as “Silenced by the Night,” as well as the classic Keane-esque ruminations on failed love in “Disconnected.”
