We once remarked to our friend that his Jester King farmhouse ale, Boxer's Revenge, tasted like pickles. He told us we were crazy. In our defense, it was a sour, and to us, it really did taste like pickle juice. We promise not to say anything so plebian at this fancy beer dinner, featuring seven brews and five appropriately-paired dishes.
