Smooth jazz certainly isn’t for everyone, but contemporary jazz guitarist Jeff Golub and saxophonist Eric Darius may very well make you a believer. Golub, who played with Rod Stewart in the ’8os and ’90s, now has six solo albums and plays gigs around the world. Darius has a funkier sound that blends jazz with hip-hop and R&B—and sort of makes us want to get up and dance.
