Jake Bugg with special guest honeyhoney
- October 5, 2013 7pm
After a steady childhood diet of soul tunes, indie rock, and folk music, Bugg started composing songs at age 12. He finally caught his first break at age 17 at the famous Glastonbury Festival, known for both its cutting edge headliners and Kate Moss in short shorts and Huntington wellies. Since then, the singer-songwriter has composed enough blues-tinged rock hits to fuel an eponymous debut album that dropped last year. “Two Fingers” made Esquire’s 2013 Songs of Summer Spotify playlist and we don’t mind saying that we, too, dig that particular ditty. He’ll be rocking his way through Texas with Tennessee’s country pop duo, honeyhoney.
