It seems incredibly strange to think about IBM, one of America's most powerful companies at the time of the Holocaust, as a secret Hitler collaborator. And yet, that's precisely what the company did, according to the 2001 non fiction book by journalist and historian Edwin Black. Black will be at SMU for a free public talk about the book, which is set to be produced as a movie by Brad Pitt. Presented by SMU’s Embrey Human Rights Program in Dedman College of Humanities & Sciences.
