You know that Food Network’s show Chopped, wherein four chefs compete to create the most delicious dishes from a selection of incongruous ingredients—e.g. cornmeal, cotton candy, crawfish, and olives—for a big wad of cash? Central Market's taken then same formula and applied it to a cook-off at the State Fair of Texas. May the most resourceful chef win!
