Thirty-three much-sought-after personalized license plates will be up for bid in the first legal "plate auction" in the state of Texas. Messages up for grabs include "COWBOYS," "RANGERS," "BIG TEX," and the decidedly uncool "COOL DAD." Those who win the plates have the right to keep them for life, and even to pass those rights on to their children. Turn up before 7 p.m., when the auction begins, and you'll also have the chance to explore the Dallas Cowboys locker room and the field at the House that Jerry Built.
