The historic Lower Greenville theater has undergone several transformations over the years to become what it is now: a popular destination for musical acts of all shapes, sizes, colors, and creeds. This particular anniversary, marking the 2004 takeover by CD World owner Mike Schoder, kicks off with a Lucky 7-themed bash starring Portland’s Blind Pilot, a band that no longer travels via bicycle but is still pleasingly indie. Their biggest song is “Go On, Say It,” but we’re enamored by “3 Rounds and a Sound.” Local act Telegraph Canyon will open along with Dan Mangan. We hear there will also be a craps table, so wear your gambling hat.
