February 8: Attention, coffee addicts: Learn to roast beans in a small home roaster, cast iron skillet, or a popcorn popper with Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters’ Kevin and Marta Sprague. $20 per person

February 15: Kathy Neumuller of JJ&B Jams and Jellies and Liza Staffelbach from 24 Carrot Health is going to let you in on a few of their secrets to pickling and preserving. This is a chance to learn hot bath canning, fruit caning,, and shelf-safe pickling. $30 per person

February 22: Vermicomposting may not be on the forefront of your mind when you’re wanting landscape success, but Heather Rinaldi from Texas Worm Ranch will teach you how. Learn how to make and care for worm bins. $20 per person

February 23: Not sure how to fully utilize the small amount of space you have to garden? Well, Marilyn and Donelle Simmons are here to teach you these special techniques through their “Keyhole Gardening with Garden Inspirations” class.
