This will excite some of you. Others won’t know what we’re talking about. But A Prairie Home Companion with Garrison Keillor is very popular in certain circles. It is basically an old-time radio show, complete with music, singing, jokes, and a regular cast of characters (Guy Noir and Dusty and Lefty, to name just three). It was our favorite part of long family road trips cross-country. Keillor's warm voice and hilarious, dry-witted stories of American life kept us from reaching across the seat and throttling our siblings.
