Remember when you were good at hula hooping? Neither do we. However, we figure it's never too late to learn, particularly when professionals are willing to help us. Spin Cycle Hoop School is offering a series of workshops for adults of all levels of expertise who are interested in the mental and physical benefits of this activity.
