Celebrate the 221st anniversary of the storming of Bastille with the local French-American Chamber of Commerce. This event includes a gourmet dinner, drinks, and plenty of attempts to speak French and sound sophisticated. The menu will include French favorites like Salmon Carpaccio, veal medallions sauteed with wild mushrooms & port wine sauce, sauteed potatoes and stuffed baby eggplant with ratatouille, curly salad with pancetta, and mixed berries with champagne sabayon. Mouton Cadet wines will be provided by Centerrra Wine Company.
