We're all about food holidays, and National Pancake Day is no exception. Give us a short stack of plain buttermilk and we're happy as clams. And if you so choose, you can donate what your pancakes would have cost to the Children's Miracle Network hospitals (funds stay within the community to help local kids afford medical care). IHOP expects to raise over $2 million this year, which makes the whole thing a pretty sweet deal.
