Five Sixty’s Signature Dumpling-Making Class

Five Sixty’s executive chef, Patton Robertson, will demonstrate his exceptional dumpling making skills in this fun, how-to class. Proceeds from the dumpling dim sum brunch will benefit Café Momentum, a nonprofit geared toward helping youth learn critical restaurant skills. The class is priced at $75, and $50 of it will be donated to Café Momentum. Space is limited and reservations are required.
