Explosions in the Sky comprises four men, not one of whom sings. But, as all the band's fans will readily tell you, Explosions in the Sky don't need no stinking singer. The Austin-based quartet has filled up six albums with long, ethereal instrumental tracks built on intricate guitar melodies, and their live show usually proves a surprisingly intense experience for such a mellow band.
