What's a Mardi Gras celebration without pie? We don't know, either. Young piemakers Megan Wilkes and Mary Guantt will tempt revelers with a test location for their business, Emporium Pies. Try a slice of the “Drunken Nut” (bourbon pecan with shortbread crust), the “Smooth Operator” (French silk chocolate in a crispy pretzel crust), or the top-secret Mardi Gras special. It'll all be served up with a cup of locally-roasted Cultivar Coffee.
