A staple of the local country scene, Eleven Hundred Springs now has eleven studio albums, but our favorite track is still one of their earliest: “Raise Hell, Drink Beer,” off of their out-of-print debut, Welcome to Eleven Hundred Springs. Not that the band hasn’t put out some stellar outlaw country in the meantime, of course. Check out “We’re from Texas,” “Great American Trainwreck,” and “I’m a S.O.B.
