After seven years, Dallas Uncorked is changing its mission — but only slightly. They'll still be hosting educational wine events for enthusiasts and novices alike (can you be a novice enthusiast?), but each evening will focus on a specific charity — this birthday celebration being no exception. Proceeds will go to the Stewpot, an organization that helps support the city's homeless population by providing meals and assistance.
