Complexions is a New York-based ballet company founded by Desmond Richardson and Dwight Rhoden, both of whom served as principal dancers in the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Over the last 17 years, Rhoden, the choreographer, and Richardson, still a dancer, have developed a diverse company that can execute expressive solos and larger group numbers with equal precision.
