While Dallas may not be considered the City of Lights, we do, in fact, have lights— many of them of the LED variety. And as of the evening of Nov. 17, we'll have Christmas lights. In addition to the tree lighting and ceremony that concludes with a visit from Santa, there will be an outdoor market, face-painting, ornament-making, music, food and more. Elves young and old can enjoy discounts at local restaurants as well as the whimsical Neiman Marcus crawl tubes.
