Cinco de Miler

You can be charitable and active while celebrating Cinco de Mayo this year. Be a part of the inaugural Dallas Cinco de Miler, the Chicago-based 5K that features a post-race fiesta, which will benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Charities, an organization that provides a momentary home for families whose ill or injured children are being treated at a Dallas area hospital. Participants will begin and end the race at Fair Park, running a course featuring live music and views of the Cotton Bowl, Deep Ellum and Old East Dallas. Once racers cross the finish line, they'll be given an awesome complimentary meal that includes a beer, breakfast burritos, a churro, and chips and salsa. The fiesta grounds will include live music, a beer garden, food station, piñatas, and a kids zone to help racers continue the party after a long morning run.
