Cinco de Mayo at Mattito's

Mattito's does Cinco de Mayo like a true Mexican restaurant should. Mariachis, salsa bands, free tequila tastings, mechanical bull rides, games, and prizes... you name it, it's happening. Not to mention the drink specials are pretty steller and the food ain't so bad, either. But perhaps our favorite part? The Bob Armstrong queso-eating contest. The infamous, not-even-on-the-menu queso is the mainstage for the eating contest, and the winner not only gets a trophy, but has rights to free Bob queso for an entire year. Get there early - Mattito's is the place to see and be seen every May 5.
