A bible for Texas recipes is fitting for anyone looking to indulge in Texas cuisine. In this book, Fearing describes classic preparations and the fusion of foods, and how it has evolved into Southwestern cuisine. Barnes & Noble will be hosting a book signing with the chef.
To register to attend, guests can present their Barnes & Noble receipt beginning at 9:00 a.m. on April 29, to receive a wristband to hold their place in line. Those without a Barnes & Noble receipt may also request a wristband beginning at 5:00 p.m. on April 29.
