Start with a behind-the-scenes tour of the Mozzarella Company cheesemaking facilities, then don your very own MozzCo apron to learn to produce fresh ricotta, bocconcini, queso Oaxaca, and mozzarella rolls yourself. The class concludes with a cocktail party featuring plenty of cheese to sample, and the leftovers are divided up amongst the students to take home.
