This is one class we don’t mind doing our homework for. Paula Lambert, cheese making pro and owner of the Mozzarella Company, joins winemakers Lee Fuqua and Courtney Key to instruct you on all the basics of cheese and wine. You’ll learn about milk types, textures and flavors, as well as how to shop for, care for, and serve fine cheeses with wines to compliment your taste. Did we mention you’ll be doing plenty of sampling, too? Sounds like our kind of class.
