Cheese and Wine Pairing Class

Join fellow cheese and wine aficionados for this two-hour event that kicks off with a cocktail party followed by a behind-the-scenes tour of the 32-year-old Mozzarella Company cheese factory facilities. Next on the agenda is a pairing session of six to eight award-winning cheeses and at least five red or white wines. Discussion is led by either MozzCo founder Paula Lambert or John Bratcher of Rockridge Wine Brokers.
