Burying Our Father: A Biblical Debacle

Fred Curchack and Laura Jorgensen star in their original two-person show that weaves together Muslim, Christian, and Jewish versions of the same story. Isaac and Ishmael burying their father Abraham in the cave. It¹s found in the book of Genesis in the Bible, and the cave became the second holiest place for Jewish people and is considered the first Jewish site. However, Muslims and Christians also lay claim to the holy site. The duo will perform all the roles necessary to dramatize this conundrum between the Abrahamic religions and what the differences and similarities mean in this comedy (yep) complete with dance and music.
